Constitution of the West Virginia Young Democrats (March 25, 2018)

Governing document adopted at the WVYD Annual State Convention in Morgantown. Defines organizational structure, officer positions, election procedures, vacancy provisions, and the composition and authority of the WVYD State Executive Committee (Art. VI). Contains provisions for annual conventions (Art. IV), officer appointments (Art. V, §7), and expenditure approval (Art. VI, §5).
